FAQs: Product Launch Support

As new products are rolled out it is essential to get everyone on the same page: product, sales, marketing, and even potential customers. FAQs can be a helpful tool to drive alignment and improve understanding, especially for complex technical products. Typically I will produce internal and external FAQs as separate documents - providing more detail and team training on internal versions. Below is an example of an external FAQ I put together for the launch of Cardlytics Measurement.
